THE HOSTS ROBERT & DEBORAH WERE SO WELCOMING … THEIR COMMUNICATION & NEEDS RE. OUR BEING ON THEIR PROPERTY WERE CLEARLY CONVEYED I WAS VERY SAD TO LEAVE THIS STUNNING SLICE OF PARADISE … WE ARRIVED AS STRANGERS & LEFT AS FIRM FRIENDS THE CONNECTIONS WE REALISED WERE NO COINCIDENCE & I WILL BE RETURNING AGAIN VINAKA VAKALEVU 👋🏾 LEIGH TURAGA 🌺

Fantastic Spot!
Deborah and Rob are great host, The team at Nabuco Estate excel in providing a unique plantation experience. We were treated to fresh fruits such as bananas, papayas, breadfruit, and passionfruit on a daily. As an added bonus, we had the opportunity to witness fruit bats feeding on banana flowers in the early evening. The grounds of this property are impeccably maintained, and the beach offers a long stretch of seclusion for utmost privacy. Our internet connection was reliable, and the Bure provided was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We love the dogs, they made our stay memorable! Thank you, Rob, Deb and Team. It is without hesitation that we give the property and host our 5-star rating!

Beautiful property with wonderful owners!!
Such a beautiful property that you are free to roam and grab ripe fruit from their trees! Their beach is one of the prettiest we found on Vanua Levu! The owners are absolutely lovely people who do everything to make your stay happy and memorable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like welcome friends. My husband was a little concerned about the lack of AC but the ocean breezes made it a non-issue. The Bure is super clean and perfectly equipped for buying groceries and cooking meals. The shower was exceptional! Far from what I was expecting from a Bure in Fiji. We travel extensively and I can tell you laundry service is unmatched for the price. We were very interested in the history of Fiji and the owners were wonderful about answering my endless questions and even including us on some their traditions. They were also helpful about general information in town. I don’t watch Survivor but if you’re a fan, you should definitely ask some questions about the Australia edition. You will not be disappointed! I feel like we arrived as guests and left with fabulous new friends!

The Best Vacation Ever!
Greetings Deborah and Robert! We just wanted to thank y'all again for welcoming us at your beautiful rental and property! It was a wonderful vacation all around and definitely the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The private beach was wonderful and honestly, I never wanted to leave! And we really enjoyed talking with y'all as well! I'm just sorry we didn't get more time to catch up! But if we ever come back to Fiji, which we definitely plan on it, I will definitely be contacting y'all again! Vinaka! Kindest regards, Jacie and Rusty

Beautiful beach!
Rob and Deborah were terrific hosts! Easy to communicate with and so willing to help - as an example a new table lamp was provided as soon as we asked for better light to read by. We were invited to help ourselves to passionfruit which were plentiful and luscious. Paw paw were delivered to our doorstep. Great to have our laundry done for us for a small fee. The beach is almost deserted, white sands, clear water and blue herons fishing. Lovely little islands offshore. The cottage was perfect for the two of us, comfy bed, nice large shower and a great wee deck to enjoy the warm air and gentle breezes. Also great wifi which was very important for us. We hope to return next year! Many thanks Rob and Deborah.

Very quiet, fantastic hosts, very long beach, 2018-2020 site for Australia Survivor TV series, lots of tropical fruit, bure very comfortable,
11km north on the highway a world best chocolate cake is sold for $1-00 a slice.
Bure is only about 32km on a good road to the town of Savusavu great for shopping and food supplies at the market and supermarkets, also the town has some lovely eating places especially the Grace Road Kitchen and at the yacht jetty.

We highly recommend this place to stay, so much so that we will return one day.

A clean nice place with lots of nice things included. We had a welcome basket of fruit and all the pans we needed to cook. Dishes were clean and the bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. Shower is nice and strong with hot water. Perfect strong cell signal for streaming on our phones.

If you’re coming to the island this is the spot you want to stay. Private. Beautiful. Relaxing. All the things you want when looking for that special spot to enjoy and relax. Close enough to the township yet in a part of the island here where everyone is beyond friendly. We were treated like family and cannot wait to return to visit our new friends.

An amazing spot on a beautiful and secluded stretch of coastline. Delightful hosts who went out of their way to help us. Excellent experience in the Chameleon Bure which gave us just the right balance between comfortable amenities and laid back simplicity. The property is kept immaculate. Highly recommended.
